Founded in 1982, Corporate Investment is one of Maryland, DC, and Virginia's oldest and most respected business brokerage firms. Located in Laurel, Maryland, just outside the Capital Beltway off of Route 95N, CI serves the entire Maryland, Virginia, DC and Baltimore area. Our 12-member team consists of seasoned professionals with backgrounds in law, accounting, management, finance and marketing.
Over the past 29 years we have successfully completed more than 1,250 business sales as brokers and intermediaries for both buyers and sellers. Our goal is to serve business buyers and sellers with the confidential professionalism normally found only in larger M&A firms. We have experience in all types business sales, from the smaller main street variety to high-tech, manufacturing, distribution, service and hotel properties with up to $20 million valuations, and everything in between.
