Info: Arnold Heckman is the President and founder of Corporate Investment,
which specializes in the sale of small to medium sized businesses in the
Mid-Atlantic region. Established in 1982, Corporate Investment and it’s
sister company, Corporate Investment Realty, Inc., has acted as the
intermediary in over 1,000 business and commercial real estate transactions.
Mr. Heckman has also been qualified as an expert witness for business
valuation and profitability analysis in Federal District Court of MD and VA,
as well as numerous regional jurisdictions in MD, DC and VA. and is also a
licensed real estate broker in MD, DC and VA. Prior to founding CI, Mr.
Heckman spent over 15 years as an owner, manager and marketing director of
several retail and manufacturing concerns.

Info: Bill Steiner, Associate, Corporate Investment. Bill has over 20 years
experience as chief financial officer for a successful small business. His
prior work experience includes twenty years with Xerox Corporation, most of
it in its education division where he consulted and conducted training
sessions in sales and management training for major corporations and the
majority of the statewide banks in Maryland and Virginia. Other work
experience includes being NASD Series 7 Licensed in the financial services
industry. Bill holds an MBA from the University of North Carolina, Chapel
Hill.

Info: Biographical Information – T. Daniel Murphy
Dan Murphy, Associate, Corporate Investment. Prior to coming to CI, Dan operated his own financial and management consulting business. Dan also was the Chief Operating Officer for a Washington, DC government services and consulting firm where he directed, administered, and coordinated day-to-day activities of the organization, including the development of the accounting, financial, and human resources systems as well as strategic planning and business development activities.
Other experience include over 30 years with Fortune 500 companies in a variety of technical, managerial and staff assignments. This work included quality and organizational consulting and over 10 years of managing manufacturing operations.
Dan enjoys people and finds this business sales and acquisitions particular suited to his talents.
Dan holds a BS degree from Howard University in Chemistry and an MBA from St John Fisher College (Rochester, NY).

Info: Ms. Morrison has many years of experience in the Commercial Real Estate,
Business Brokerage, Insurance, and Finance industries and received a
Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice/Criminalistics from York
College of Pennsylvania. A native of the District of Columbia, she has
resided on the Eastern Shore of Maryland for most of her life and calls
Salisbury, Maryland her home.

Info: Rocky Gaut has almost 50 years of experience in the Petroleum business. Prior to joining Corporate Investment in 1998, Rocky worked for Exxon Co. USA for 38 years. His entire career was spent in marketing during which time he held numerous management and staff positions.
Rocky graduated with a liberal arts degree from Washington & Lee University in Lexington, Virginia. Following college, he spent 2 years in the U.S.Army. During his 10+ years at Corporate Investment, he has specialized in the sale of service station franchises and properties. Additionally, he provides consulting services for those who need help to either grow or restructuring their businesses.
For me, the true personal reward doing what I am doing here at Corporate Investment is successfully bringing together a buyer and seller to accomplish a win/win result for both parties. Furthermore, since I have been with Corporate Investment for over 10 years, this should confirm my feelings about the integrity of the organization, and the people who work here.
